Great spot in Cowes!

This place is a little gem! Super close to the harbor and shops. A fab café right across the street for brekkie. Room was spotless, with nice touches like tea and coffee supplies. A bit of a letdown with the fruit machine eating my cash, but overall, a solid stay!

Had a wonderful stay! The venison burger was incredible, with juicy flavors that had me craving more. Plus, the live music added a fantastic vibe that made our evenings unforgettable. A true gem we’d love to return to!

The Anchor Inn is a hidden gem in Cowes, just steps from top-notch eats like The Harbour Kitchen. The bar serves hearty pints and pub grub that hits the spot after a day of exploring. Plus, I loved the cleanliness and the warm, powerful shower that felt like a luxury after a long day!

But, be warned, it can get a bit noisy early in the morning with deliveries. not a deal breaker, though! The food quality was a mixed bag with a couple of dodgy dishes, but I still fancy swinging by again.

The location couldn't be better, right in the bustling heart of Cowes. My stay was enjoyable primarily because of the lively atmosphere in the bar and the convenience of having everything within walking distance. The shower in my room was impressive, providing a strong and refreshing experience after a day of exploring. early morning noise from deliveries occasionally disrupted my sleep.

This pub is a cozy gem with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, though I had a mix-up with my burger order. My experience was still enjoyable, particularly due to the welcoming environment and the tempting drink selection.

the anchor inn is in a great location right in the middle of cowes n on a coastal path which is perfect if ur into walking. our twin room was clean and had all the good stuff for making tea and coffee. loved the vibe of the pub, it was lively and the staff were super nice.

but it can get a bit loud at night which might not b for everyone. also, there were some silly noises from the street that woke us up a few times.

I spent a week here and loved how the cleaners restocked my tea every day since I can't live without it! The garden had a lovely spot to sip my morning coffee and unwind with a book in the sun. Just a heads up, the room was a bit small for our family, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! ☕

Good range of ales and ciders. perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location right on the pedestrian zone makes it easy to access local attractions without the hassle of a car.

A significant amount of stairs up to the room can be exhausting, especially after a long day. The room felt tired and in need of an update, with uncomfortable beds that made for a restless night. No air conditioning results in hot and stuffy conditions, and opening the windows brings in noise from the street below. strange noises from adjacent plumbing systems during showers are disruptive, especially when they occur late at night. privacy can feel compromised due to the frosted glass windows overlooking a courtyard.

The twin room was pretty comfy with everything we needed for tea and coffee. It was clean, which was a plus. We did hear some early morning delivery noise that woke us up, but it wasn't a major problem. The decor felt a bit aged, and a bigger TV would’ve been nice. But overall, it worked well for our stay.

we had an amazing stay at anchor inn! the location is fantastic, right in the pedestrian zone. our standard twin room was lovely and clean with very comfy beds. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. we loved that we could play darts and pool during our stay.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored Shanklin Theatre and Tudor House and Garden, both must-sees. The location was perfect for everything. The comfy rooms made it easy to relax after busy days. A nice touch was the key access straight onto the high street, adding convenience for our late-night strolls.

We faced some early morning noise from deliveries, which was a bit frustrating, but it didn’t ruin our trip.
